PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.The “Reebok Canada – CFL Grey Cup 2009 Best Move Online Contest” promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Reebok Canada, 3400 Raymond-Lasnier, Ville St-Laurent, Quebec, Canada H4R 3L3 (“Reebok” or “Sponsor”). The Promotion is governed by these official rules, which are available online at www.reebokfootball.ca. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Promotion are final in all respects. The Promotion is subject to all federal, provincial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Promotion is only open to legal residents of Canada who are over the age of majority in their province of residence or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and each of its parent, subsidiaries, consultants, agents, representatives, suppliers and retailers(collectively, “Promotion Entities”) as well as their immediate families and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner.

PROMOTION PERIOD:
Promotion begins at 00:01 am ET June 8, 2009 and ends at 12:00 pm ET October 30, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion, enter online at www.reebokfootball.ca and complete the required participant profile between 00:01 am ET June 8, 2009 and 11:59 pm ET October 29, 2009.

General Conditions of entry:
Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged, and proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt. Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Sponsor is not responsible for late, invalid, incomplete or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

WINNER SELECTION:
Weekly winners:
Every Monday of each week from June 15, 2009 to October 26, 2009 inclusively, a potential weekly winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received at www.reebokfootball.ca. The potential weekly winner will be contacted by e-mail, according to the contact information provided by that entrant. If a potential weekly winner does not respond within two (2) days, that potential weekly winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential weekly winner selected. The potential weekly winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical, skill-testing question administered by telephone, and will be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Prize Acceptance Forms, as requested by Sponsor. All forms must be fully completed and returned within seven (7) days following receipt of the forms from Sponsor, or the potential weekly winner may be disqualified and an alternative potential weekly winner selected.

Two (2) Grand Prize Winners:
A first potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected at 12:00 pm ET on October 30, 2009 from among all eligible entries received at www.reebokfootball.ca as of October 29, 2009 at 11:59 pm ET. The potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by e-mail and by telephone, according to the contact information provided by that entrant. If the first potential Grand Prize winner does not respond within two (2) days, that first potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate first potential Grand Prize winner selected. The first potential Grand Prize winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical, skill-testing question administered by telephone, and will be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Prize Acceptance Forms, as requested by Sponsor. All forms must be fully completed and returned within seven (7) days following receipt of the forms from Sponsor, or the first potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and an alternative first potential Grand Prize winner selected.

A second potential Grand Prize winner will be determined at 12:00 pm ET on October 30, 2009. The second potential Grand Prize winner will be the entrant who will have accumulated the most “yards” on their participant profile page as of October 29, 2009 at 11:59 pm ET. There are four (4) ways in which an entrant may accumulate yards: (i) by voting on the best move face-off elimination of the week, as made available on the entrant’s participant profile page, (ii) by voting on the daily trivia questions which will be made available on the entrant’s participant profile page, (iii) by recruiting other entrants who will have identified the entrant as their recruiter when completing their participant profile and (iv) by redeeming on their participant profile page vouchers obtained upon purchase of specific Reebok products identified in store. A limit of one (1) vote per best move face-off per day applies. A limit of one (1) answer per daily trivia question applies. A limit of one hundred (100) recruited entrants per profile applies. A limit of one (1) voucher per 48 hours applies. The second potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by e-mail and by telephone, according to the contact information provided by that entrant. If the second potential Grand Prize winner cannot be reached or does not respond within two (2) days, that second potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate second potential Grand Prize winner selected. The second potential Grand Prize winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical, skill-testing question administered by telephone, and will be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Prize Acceptance Forms, as requested by Sponsor. PRIZES:
Two (2) Grand Prize: Each Grand Prize winner will win a weekend for two (2) in Calgary, Alberta from November 28, 2009 to November 29, 2009 to attend the 97th Grey Cup Championship Game, including return economy airfare from the Canadian airport closest to the winner’s home address (for any winner and their friend residing more than 200 miles outside the Calgary Metropolitan Area, and otherwise return ground transport), airport-hotel return ground transport if applicable, one (1) night double-occupancy hotel accommodations in downtown Calgary, CDN $250.00 group meal allowance and two (2) tickets to the 97th Grey Cup Championship Game held on November 29, 2009. Approximate retail value per Grand Prize: CDN $5,000.00. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Twenty (20) Weekly Prizes:
Each Weekly Prize will consist of Reebok apparel. Approximate retail value per Weekly Prize: CDN $150.00. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Any expenses not specifically mentioned as part of the prize (including without limitation transportation, gratuities and incidental expenses) shall be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS:
All prizes are non-transferable except by Sponsor. The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. No substitution or cash equivalent of a prize is permitted; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value. The winners are not entitled to the difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of any prize. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors in the printing or posting of the offer or official rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of the Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the Promotion or disqualify any entry for any reason and without notice including, without limitation, if Sponsor suspects tampering has occurred, voiding the entries at issue or terminating the Promotion and selecting a winner from among that portion of the Promotion that has not been compromised, if any. Promotion Entities will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. The Promotion Entities and any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any web site or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, THE CANADIAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBER CLUBS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AND THE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. THE PROMOTION ENTITIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF ANY OF THE PRIZES. PUBLICITY:
By submitting an entry, each winner consents and grants Sponsor, Promotional Entities and the Canadian Football League permission to use and disclose the winner's name, personal information, likeness, or comments for future marketing, advertising and publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.

GOVERNING LAW:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Promotion Entities in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Quebec and Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Promotion or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Quebec Courts; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, but in no event including attorneys' fees, disbursements or court costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

Personal information of Promotion participants will (i) be held by Reebok Canada, at 3400 Raymond-Lasnier, Ville St-Laurent, QC, Canada H4R 3L3, (ii) be used for, and accessible only to employees directly involved in the Promotion, internal analysis and future promotions to such participants by Sponsor and its affiliates, and (iii) not be disclosed to other persons.
